Yes. If you independently choose to subscribe to an internet, cable, or streaming service provider, their billing is entirely separate from and independent of Safinternet's service assistance fees. Provider billing remains unchanged and is governed solely by the provider's terms.
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 to 15 days of your service assistance purchase, depending on the type of assistance provided and whether the service was fully delivered.
